Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar was across the river from Fargo this weekend in Moorhead. Klobuchar is working with Congressman Colin Peterson to make sure Minnesotans are not being forgetten when it comes to flood aid coming from Washington.She says she is happy with the response from President Obama.Amy Klobuchar says, "While our hearts are with our friends in North Dakota, Minnesota is suffering too. As you can see the water in Minnesota and the homes that are getting damaged. We were very pleased that he granted the emergency assistant."That emergency assistant allows Minnesota to receive federal help with flood fighting efforts...such as sandbags.
