A major energy bill passed the U.S. Senate this week. It requires stricter fuel efficiency standards on all cars, trucks, and SUV's by the year 2020. It also calls for more ethanol production. U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar was key in getting that bill passed in the Senate.
