US Senator Amy Klobuchar's staff held a discussion meeting with producers and industry professionals Thursday afternoon in Moorhead Minnesota.
The meeting was part of a trip across southern Minnesota to promote Klobuchar's work towards a bipartisan farm bill, and to answer questions and concerns from those in the industry.
While the senator was not able to be present, her staff played a video where she had the opportunity to share her thoughts while in D.C.
Concerns from attendees included crop insurance, CRP land increases, the county ARC program, and support of the dairy industry.
In attendance were producers from western Minnesota, representatives from Crystal Sugar, AgCountry, Midco, and Farm Credit Services.
