Senator Amy Klobuchar welcomed Vice President Joe Biden and the president's Middle Class Task Force to Minnesota. The task force held a town hall meeting at New Flyer Industries in St. Cloud. She says the Obama administration's recovery plan can help businesses around Minnesota which, in turn, will help bring jobs and revenue to the people of her state. Sen. Klobuchar says, 'The recovery plan can be summed up in three words: jobs, jobs and jobs. It's already happening in our state. Minnesota has just announced the first eleven transportation projects made possible by the new federal funds. $40 million and 1,000 new jobs. And there is still more to come.' The Vice President was joined on stage by ag secretary Tom Vilsack, transportation secretary Ray LaHood and other cabinet members.
