ST. PAUL, MN – On Sunday, January 13^th at 2:00 PM at the Children’s Home Society in St. Paul, U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar will meet with Minnesota families impacted by Russia’s new law banning Americans from adopting children from Russia. The families will share their stories of how the ban has affected them and discuss steps moving forward. Following Russia’s decision to delay the adoption ban for one year, Klobuchar sent a letter to the U.S. Department of State urging them to process pending adoptions before the ban takes effect.
