This form grants our office permission to act on your behalf, and gives the relevant federal agency or agencies permission to discuss your situation with our staff and release any pertinent information to our office.
If you are an individual in the midst of deportation proceedings or are a detainee in need of assistance, please complete the following form. Lawyers representing these individuals may also complete this form on their behalf.
