This form grants our office permission to act on your behalf, and gives the relevant federal agency or agencies permission to discuss your situation with our staff and release any pertinent information to our office.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are requesting help related to a deportation case involving someone else, please fill out this form, but also have the individual involved in the deportation proceedings and/or the individual who is being held in a detention center fill out our Deportation Case Privacy Release Form. Lawyers may also fill out the Deportation Case Privacy Release Form on behalf of their clients if necessary.
